Bulldog/Mattzilla "Mountain Buggy"

This poor rig just can't catch a break. It's killer cool, but I just don't have time to get to it. That doesn't mean it's for sale though. Don't even ask! It's just one of many long term projects that gets longer termer by the day!:lmao:

Well, after 2 years this rig is finally getting some love! I had to move and most of my toys crawled into a box.

So the rig is essentially finished. I've got some interior work to do and I have to hard wire the lights. But for the moment, I just want to get out and drive with my little guys.

The only change is me swapping out my roc 412 for a holmes hobbies brushless and BLE. Here are some pics:

Thanks for looking. The next update is going to upset people!

If you take one screw out, you might as well take them all out! It's been so long since I've wrenched on this, I figured I would double check everything. I'm glad I did. I had some locktite that had bound some points in the steering. While I was there, I checked the lockers. Then I fine tuned the throttle curves and gear mesh. My plans were to have this lit up, but I had to add an extra light bar for good measure. I pulled out my lighting box and mounted a new Rigid and wired it in with a heyok controller running the big lights on 3s. I also mounted up some mudslingers on some old RC4WD wheels. I'll switch between those and the locked up/Baja claws, which I comp cut for giggles. Here are some pics.

Open heart surgery

Electronics should all be able to fit under the hood. Mounting to the chassis plate I integrated just above the servo. Battery tray in front of the tranny.

This is so I can give the deer some headlights!

I love the look of cut Claws...not to mention around here they will work better with the roots and ruts.

Thanks for looking. Should be rolling by the end of the day! Greg8)
