A few notes about the RC4WD Stamped Steel Wheels.

Interesting idea. Why do you tap though if you use the 3mm nuts? And how do the 3mm nuts look? Seems like they might look too big. Still, cool idea.

You really dont need to tap them if you didnt want to, but over-kill is my middle name. did it this way because I couldnt get any decent hardware locally with out buying it in bulk.( 500 of each). Here is a few shots I kinda like the larger nuts,well thats what she said.:mrgreen: The one on the right is from a set I havent done yet, on the left is the 3mm. BTW your Jeep looks great.

I love my steelies, I've never had a problem with the hardware. Mounting tires other than rc4wd can be a pain. Here's my dingo with 2.2 steelies wrapped in 1.9" pit bull rockbeasts.
 
I love the look of these wheels but ones I have, not having much luck gettn them mounted right. may end up gettn those different internal ring to get like want.
