great pics Steven! I can't wait to see some shots from the 1.9's on Sunday

That was probably the most fun I've had at an event in a long time. I think I can get used to the MOA thing

I can't say enough for how well this year's ECC was put together. Fish and crew did an outstanding job despite some pretty nasty conditions on Friday. I can't wait to come back in 2012.

I didn't even think about how much the rain affected the setup. I figured it would cause problems with setting up courses early, but I didn't think about the extent that things would be affected.

It's amazing how smoothly everything was run, even without such a set back, let alone with such a huge delay caused by weather. This was by far, the most relaxed, fun, well run event that I've attended yet.

On to the pics...

My full album can be viewed here: http://s4.photobucket.com/albums/y131/SeatPeople/ECC 2011/. It's mostly my teammates, but there's some other pics mixed in. I really didn't hang around the courses much after our club members ran as I was trying to get in as many courses as I could before 1pm (we had 5 courses in before 1:00!!!).

Here's a couple of some other people that I caught.

I thought that the 1.9 courses were some of the most fun courses of the comp. They had a nice mix of challenging, but fun lines, and all were courses were finishable if you hit it just right. Nice job on the courses and the judging! "thumbsup"

Its a work in progress, so bear with me:mrgreen:

Should be close to the correct order of finish."thumbsup"

Thanks for posting the 1.9 scores.

There were 2 errors with mine. My course 1 & course 3 scores were switched with each other (assuming that SuperDave's course was course 3) and my score on the finals course was a 36.

Thanks again, Fish and crew for a great event.

I had skipped your Finals score for some reason, but according to the score sheets in front of me I have them in the correct order.

I think SD course was actually #1

Cool vids and pics you guys but you caught me on a course that was prime example of "Never Give Up!" :lmao: and it was also a good example of, Dang, my other setup would have crawled that 8) "thumbsup" "thumbsup"

I had more vids but seems I've lost a SD card, BUMMER. Just wanted to say as a new guy how awesome it was to be among all the great talent of the RC Crawler world. Big thanks to everyone who contributed to making of the 2011 ECC event. Fish encouraged me to get a ticket and come for the learning experience and I'm sure glad I did. Now what do I build for 2012??????? PM me with ideas.

Last but not least CONGRATS to DeadlySwan, my crawlin buddy for a KICKASS 65th place in his first comp ever!!!! You heard it here first, he will be a force to be reckoned with in years to come!

Wow what a weekend! Its Thursday and Im still riding the ECC high. First off a huge thanks to Fish and the rest of his support staff. Even with the set backs due to poor weather Friday, everything went so smooth and seeming flawless the entire weekend. Huge "thumbsup""thumbsup" Also a quick shout-out to all the fellow judges for staying on the rocks all day and keeping the 103 drivers moving. It was nice to meet many of the RCCrawler faithful and finally put faces to some names.

A final thanks to all of the sponsors that stepped up. There were so many prizes, some of which I came home with  Thanks Castle, Billet Works, Rowdy Racing, and Brood for the goodies

Is it 2012 Yet
