We stayed in a lake house last year, but we had 9 people to split the cost on a house. I'm not sure yet where we're staying.
As for mpg's, I'm not sure how the 460's do on gas. I have a friend with a V10 Gasser in a similiar size RV and he typically gets 9-11 depending on if he's towing his Jeep or not. Sad thing is, if he tows the jeep with his 2500 Silverado w/ 454, he gets about 8mpg. I've noticed on the smaller displacement trucks, as soon as you tow anything with them, they take a pretty serious gas mileage hit. I used to get 17-20mpg highway in my Suburban, but as soon as I hooked up to the trailer with the Jeep, I'd drop to 9mpg. I've pulled lighter/smaller trailers, and noticed a similiar mpg hit.
