I know i could have done the reasearch first, but wheres the fun in that?!

I live in canada, and although we're having one of the hottest and most beautiful summers that I ever remember,I'm looking for a small drift car i can use in my apartment. Its a fair size, but just a tad too small to have lots of fun with a 1/10 drifter. I also have laminate flooring (fake hardwood), so any ideas on making hard drift tires "floor friendly" are appreciated. Thanks!

Feel free to post pics of your micro-drifters! I would love to see them

Id suggest looking at either the traxxas rally, or the losi micro. Here are some links

TowerHobbies.com | TRA7307 7307 Traxxas 1/16 Rally VXL 2.4GHz RTR

TowerHobbies.com | TRA7304 7304 Traxxas 1/16 Ford Mustang Boss 302 Brushless 2.4GHz RTR

TowerHobbies.com | TRA7303 7303 Traxxas 1/16 Ford Mustang Boss 302 Brushed EP RTR

1/24 Micro Brushless Rally RTR Blue | Horizon Hobby

As for the tires, the traxxas use standard touring car size, so maybe some regular drift tires wrapped in duct tape or some type of stick-on felt material. Possibly even the soft side of velcro if it will stay. Hopefully this helps "thumbsup"

1/24 scale Kyosho Mini Z Formula D
Pretty fun for a tiny little car.
1/16 Yokomo Ichiroku M
Also really fun and highly scaled.
The Yokomo could be found at Banzai Hobbies or Rc-Race-and-drift-japan.com.
