Horizon need a new person handling their ads lol. Their kind of a moron, seen some other adds for axial products that are way off.

While it might be cool if this were true, not sure people would buy back into the Yeti XL. With the SCX6 becoming more and more popular I think the Yeti XL would be over looked pretty easily. (I do own a Yeti XL)

Some guy around here wants $300 for his yeti xl, but even at that price I'm passing. Theres little to no parts available anymore. Interesting how it go pushed to the depths of the rc world.

ya i here ya im still gathering parts for mine there so damb exspensive to repair and upgrade and they still handle like shib no matter what you do

but when out on a rock trail theres nothing like it i run mine on full size rock racing courses and in the sand dunes and its alot of fun but its more of a run it once a year type of rig than a everyday runner

if i dident get mine when they were still new i would have passed on it but since i already have it might as well finish it but no way i would buy another one unless i needed it for parts

Thats about what I'd use one for. Sand and the little snow we get. I'm sure it'd be a blast in the sand!

One could hope........... I have slight addiction problem with them. I may have cough 6 cough of them. Bought 1 new when they came out and 5 others for under 300 a pop used when people realized they break too easy. Their loss my gain. So far I have never had any catastrophic failures and yes they are the ultimate snow machine. 6s and a 2 speed tranny in the snow is just ludicrous amounts of smiles.
