What powers your SCX10?

No pics of electronics running wp dynamite tazer ESC and a 550 can out of an old 14volt craftsman drill on 2s looking into a MMP so I can run 3s to add some top end wheelspeed

I'm running a Castle MMP and Novak Balistic 13.5 on 2s lipo. Pretty sweet setup in sensored mode, no coging just nice smooth crawling and loads of torque ad decent wheel speed.

Does anyone make a sensor waterproof setup?

Any sealed can sensored motor should be able to be waterproofed. I pulled mine apart and used conformal coating on the sensor board and windings. I used dielectric grease on the mating surfaces putting it back together. Works great.

Trying to keep it clean, nice and simple works best. It uses a XL5 speedo from Traxxas, waterproof, low voltage cut off, cheap but simple and works well. Novak 35t crawler motor, runs well, plenty of torque, Novak is one of the best companies in the industry. Castle Creations 10amp BEC hidden in the receiver box. Full stick pack mounted in front of the tranny.

holmes torque master esc, Tekin 45 turn on 2s lipo. Holmes esc is the smoothest esc I have ever used!

I'm running the following in my SCX10

Speedpassion 21.5t sensored brushless (waterproofed)
Hobbyking 100 amp sensored esc (waterproofed)
Turnigy 3s 5000mah (soft case)
Stock gearing (kimbrough on the spur)
stock drivetrain

I run a savox servo, mmp, pro4, and stock reciever. I use the venom 2100 3s batteries. Metal drive lines and steel tranny.

Axial AE-2 waterproofed, esc fan, running a craftsman drill motor. CC 10amp bec, spectrum receiver, servo winch. All powered by 3s-4s. Can run on either with no extreme temperatures. Running 13/54 32pitch with RR tranny gears, and hotracing driveahafts
