What did you do to your TRX-4 today?

I also said screw it and ditched the sliders, and then trimmed the rockers at the bottom of the body. Blessed silence from body rub and a good bit more clearance. I just did not care for how low and far out the RTR sliders were. I think the body actually cuts a better line now too.

I think I've got the 1080 officially dialed in now too. Rig just feels great and I'm still very surprised and impressed with what this little truck can do nearly bone stock. "thumbsup"

Edit: wish I could post some freak'n video I took. Tried to email it to my youtube account but my Yahoo email account says the file size is too big.

So bummed. The wheels I ordered for the Sporto don't clear the C-Hubs / portals. Looks like she'll keep the LockedUpRC wheels I stole off the Truggy and the Truggy will get the new ones. Oh well, it all works out.

Charged my brand new 6000mAh LiPo, trying out the Goldbat brand from Amazon - got my TRX-to-Deans adapter drop-shipped to my front door today! Heading out for several laps around the business park behind my complex, there's some dirt hills, no real crawling terrain - but as I want to detail paint my silver body before really hittin' the hard stuff, that's cool with me. Gonna be bone stock except for SSD bumpers & hexes and the wheels and tires this run, Chanquish 2.2" with RC4WD Dune T/A tires for maximum pavement action and light dirt.

Also, gonna be able to do some video, as I have my Traxxas smartphone transmitter mount installed - too cool, no more one-handed driving! "thumbsup"

We added a trx4 bronco to the collection. It was the boys bday present and even built a small indoor coarse for him to play on. Summer is coming one day and we can hit the trails with the defender and bronco.

So I have made a little modification to the back rack, hate or like it made the rear lot lighter plus I prefer the look of an open bed with only front cabin rack and sides on the bed...just a little trim at the top lol
Also added lcg battery tray from bowhouse.

my 2ed trx4 on lift kit with 2.2 rc4wd super swampers on proline beadlocks and mamba monster x esc with a 2280kv sensored castle motor with 3 light bars 2 are on the bumper one under and one on top great for night runs let me know what you think oh and can someone let me know if I'm putting my tiers on backwards thanks lol

Also ordered locked up aluminum portal cover that I lost like an idiot. Also ordered a metal bumper mount

thanks it needs more offset that's my only complaint with this truck as of now it's got all the power it needs on 4s and thanks for letting me know about my tires I'll fix that now even whan I put them on and said to myself it didn't look right lol also I forgot to mention I'm also running no shock oil personally prefer it what about you

Look into Gds wheels and hubs its what I'm running u can get different hubs for offset right now I'm on 20mm set , I'm running Mamba X sensored with 3800kv in my monster trx lifted and in my other same but with 2280kv.

As for shock oil I run softest spring and 30 weight oil in the lifted one in my other 17.5 cos I find with no oil they rebound to fast and bounce.

oh that's sick I'll definitely be looking into them for sure I like the styles my tactical with 4ws needs some new rims and tires gives me a reason to order some new stuff for the defender and the shock oil situation i was running thick stuff I cant remember what it was I think it was 80 weight i used what i had but I didnt like it at all and ended up running no oil but will definitely look in the 30 weight thanks for the information I appreciate it and your sport looks sick af kinda makes me want a red one

The Sport is actually a Bronco with Sport body, my Sport is running a honcho body now
