What did you do to your SCX24 today?

I took my SCX24s to the Toledo Swap Meet

Hank's is my LHS and I was there helping answer questions.

Installed lighting in my Jeep. I found some 3mm LED mounts that fit the headlight space just perfectly:

For the bumper lights I went with orange - same as on my C-10. Those are a drop-in replacement obviously.

For the rear lights I scratched the paint away behind the rear light stickers and used hot glue / double sided tape to position red LEDs behind the stickers.

The result:

Continued working on my hardbody swap, although I have contemplated picking up a c10 for this body and then use this deadbolt frame for a comp crawler..

Waiting on high clearance links, brass weights and a couple of other goodies.

Not really much of what I did to it, more what I did for it… :lmao:

While working up here, about 120 miles north of the Arctic Circle, my brain freeze and I made a decision on the motor, esc and chassis I will be rebuilding my little rig with.

More to come in my build thread "thumbsup"

I received mine in the mail yesterday. I haven't been on this site in years. A little while back I had a Trail Trekker build going, and also a pretty fun brushless 1.9 wraith conversion build. Something got me thinking about RC again, and to my surprise Axial had made a 1/24 crawler....Annnnd I'M BACK!

Today I cut down the back of the Deadbolt cage a little. Too much going on back there.

LMFAO at both of the posts. I hereby request that you start a thread dedicated to Owen. I want to see what kind of shenanigans he gets into.
