Posted up a few poser shots. It cleaned up great after the dead Rabbit poker event.

Swapped out my Ripsaws for some BFGs....I also added the warn hubs which look great!

I also added some D-Rings to the front and rear of the truck. **Please note, don't paint the exterior of your body with plastidip! It peels after impact...not a good idea**

**************In addition to that, does anyone else think the foams in the BFGs are too soft? I noticed after wheeling yesterday they would flatten completely against rocks.

Yes, BFG stock foams are way too soft. CI DW foams for the Mad Beasts work or one of the Lil Nova 2 stage foams would work too

I ordered a new aluminium battery tray for it from ebay. Can't wait to get it here so that I can finalise my electronics layout on my build. Still need to finish the triming of the shell, noticed a few spots that I need to clean up, and paint it...

After ruining a set of plastic Axial wheels (which I really liked) I figured I'd give a set of beadlocks a try. I hate trying to unglue tires.

Giving the Ripsaws another go, as my $ is destined for other things at the moment.
People seem to bash on Gmade stuff, but these look pretty nice to my untrained eye, and for a good price.

I also bent up my front bumper pretty bad the other day while bashing in the back yard. The holes for the lights weakened it too much apparently, so out came the TIG for a few quick modifications/fixes, and then a fresh coat of paint.

Which wheels are those? VR01?

Finally crawled it hard. Spun a Traxxas hub inside the Axial wheel, beat the diff skids up good, and only rolled it twice. Little spot is 1/4 mile down the road from my 5yo's dance class.

My SCX-10 has been living the garage for the last few months due to a dead battery and moving out of my old house and into a new home we bought, now that everything is unpacked, went out last night for a new batter and also got a set of Pitbull Rockbeast and some Axial bead lock wheels. If it is not raining to hard tomorrow I will take it out for a spin and between new bigger yard and the some good rocks across the street, it has plenty of terrain to craw all over. "thumbsup"

Cleaned up my wiring, fried an LED for the rock lights, took off the honcho bed and pieced together a rear tire carrier....oh and removed all the plastidip and am going to put a new coat of flat black on then a clear coat.

Never used locktite, never had a problem with loosing set screws either. I had to replace my out drives any ways since the front one snapped on my last outing. Also had to fab up a little spacer to keep everything centered. The insides of the newer steel through hole drive shafts are just big enough to fit 3/16 brake line in the center hole and have just a tiny bit of play. Just in case anyone needs to know.

I've had them back off once on the trail. Since then, a dab of Loctite...

Started getting my Tiken 30T Pro motor/ ESC in. First time soldering too. Did a pretty decent job at it. All ESC wires are on. Tomorrow will be the motor and batt plugs
