Painting the rear honcho bed. Getting it ready for its debut tomorrow. No more stock body for me!

That's really nice looking!

My Honcho snapped the front output shaft. I'll tear into the tranny to see if I have all plastic gears and will replace everything with metal gears and solid metal outshaft gear

I actually just got done replacing my out drives too. I went with the steel ones with the through hole. If they snap I'll just get a RRP.

Tore into my tranny and I do have plastic gears (minus the slipper gear). Will buy the all metal set soon

And the output shaft is jammed inside my dshaft

Finally got my kit moving under its own power. still need to finish the shell (paint etc) but for the most part, the build is done!

The RR onse are set screwed in. I Locktite my dshafts anyway and have never had a problem with the screws backing off

Never used locktite, never had a problem with loosing set screws either. I had to replace my out drives any ways since the front one snapped on my last outing. Also had to fab up a little spacer to keep everything centered. The insides of the newer steel through hole drive shafts are just big enough to fit 3/16 brake line in the center hole and have just a tiny bit of play. Just in case anyone needs to know.

000_0425.jpgKnights "Angry eye" grill installed. Turned out pretty nice. Also disassembled my Hot racing high lift jack. Cut the jack pad part down to realistic size. Then painted the red anodized parts with a more realistic Highlift red color and got back together and mounted. 000_0423.jpg
