Gave mine an IFS using a combination of HPI, Axial and Blue Monkey parts. Got inspiration from Szczerba's build in the 1.9 section.

Parts

Doner car HPI RS4 -3

Usable stuff

Installed

Mak'in it steer

Test drive day

With body

built a set of Gear head hammer five spokes with CI lil' nova and Pit Bull rock beasts twice because I put the rings on wrong

Put in a speed passion brushless 10.5t motor just to see what it does. It's also the sp pro 1.1 esc so it's programmable and has rock crawler firmware. Also took the shock shafts from the rear of a rustler and stampede and swapped the Pistons to give more flex I am now sitting at the height of a tire so about 4.5 in

Trane

New rc4wd 35T, and a rear rock armor bumper with recovery hitch.

level3rc droop kit. Would be even better with a CMS setup. I plan on doing that, but not with level3rc's.

Boo...I broke my second part ever on this SCX10. Chub #1 down... This is certainly thanks to the Savox servo having more turning strength than stock. Maybe some aluminum ones will be in the best future

same thing just happened to me!:x Just installed some strc c hubs and axial cvds and put it back together. steering has improved some and I guess I will see how these cheapo hubs last. This was the only thing to date besides stripping my transmission case that has failed me on my truck aswell.
