What did you do to you SCX-10 today?

Swapped the from 3 link to 4 link front and rear. Put on a stage 1 kit and rear lock outs. Went from stock wheels and tires to Proline 2.2 wheels and HPI tires. Changed the stock shocks with ECX aluminum shocks. Also moved battery across the frame rails in the front and moved the radio box to the back.

Built interior for it. It will do for now.

Got my winch working! I've had it on the rig for over 2 n half yrs and never got the control unit, ....till tday!(RPP shipping IS the fastest!) This poor lil winch unit (RC4WD Warn 9.5) just sat up front n looked pretty, took some serious tumbles!(thought the WHOLE RIG went in the drink after a 50' drop out if sight!) and some front end smacks that'd knock out a filling.. After all the abuse it's function was questionable.
But all thats behind me now! My pretty lil winch not only looks sweet but after all that it works ! And now it needs a work out! Off to look for some scale rescues! 8)

Just gave mine a bath. i always rinse it off after a muddy run but the mud sticks in all kind of places like frame rails, between the wheel and hex and under the battery tray. now it's ready to get dirty again.

Drove the crap out of it....

But also installed aluminum servo posts on the LURC CMS kit. The plastic mounts flexed so bad and the screws kept backing out of the plastic.

Got the cantilever set up figured out

Swapped to a vp transmission case, mounted a integy 35t and tekin rs gen 2 spec esc, tried to switch to a ssd chassis servo mount but ran into major clearance issues so the rc4wd one went back on. Drilled holes to finish mounting the cage, put on a ssd winch bumper and 3 racing winch also mounted the rx to the motor mount

I cleaned and re filled my shocks or so I thought. When I got them.off they were all full, that's been 12 months of hard beatings and rolls down very steep slopes.

Put some "Knuckle weights" in the back and ad some weight to the TSS brass knuckles in the front

So I changed the former rotating mass (75g each tire) into a non-rotating mass ;-)

Installed ssd d60 axles, overdrive in front. New Hitec servo. Put on some red color just to shine it up a bit.
