So this is a 3D print of a VW Syncro on a TF2 regular wheel base platform. It started out with 1.9's but the final wheel will be a 1.55 cruiser from boom racing with MTZ's mounted to them. Still long way to go especially getting my ride height correct. Just figured I'd share it.

Love the VW crawlers. Looks like she’ll be a little top heavy, though.
Thanks! Very likely true, although if you check out the 1:1 version, they are quite cape able of doing some wicked things for a micro van. This is basically a class 0 rig and wont see much off-roading except for the occasional hills and what not ;)

Wow, that`s an extraordinary rig! I like the steelies and small tires. Great attention to detail (neckrest!) "thumbsup"
I see these "Bullys", as we call them over here, still a lot. Where as the 4WD is not so common. What suspension / axle system are you going to use, independent or rigid?
And of course: Where did you get that body?
Keep on your great work! "thumbsup"

Much appreciated, thanks for the compliments. As much as I wanted to use an independent front and rear suspension like the 1:1, I found the Trailfinder2 the most acceptable seeing as the way the electronics and drive train are laid out. Unfortunately it's not what I'd like, but for now things are coming together easily. My second choice would have been the CC01.

The body was 3D printed in 5 separate sections, and all the accessories will be printed as well. I would have liked to own one myself, (the 4WD version) but they are so difficult to find in my area :ror: Thanks again!

Ive worked on a few syncros there realy cool and realy complicatedhe locking diffs are realy cool to when they work and they handle so good you forget your in a van lol cool project i cant wait to see the end results

Thanks for the compliments, I love working with it, hoping to attend the 19' scale expo with it if I can finish in time.
