We finally released our patent pending foam system for rc rock crawling trucks. "thumbsup"

One foam system includes everything shown, More than enough materials to setup 2 tires in any combinations you can think of.

Want stiffer sidewalls? change out inserts, from ,soft,medium, to hard. Or cut them up and add in different variations into the same socket for different performance aspects.

Also with the different layers, you can easily changes how your tire deforms over rocks, You can make the center stiffer, or the center softer. By switching out the layers.

To cold for memory foams? Take out the memory foam layers, and add in the black foam layers.

With this system, there is no more buy it, and hope it works for you. You buy it, and change it up till it fits your drive style.

Atm we have 2 different diamters to chose from. 5.125 dia and 5.5 dia.

We have testers, who have been tweaking away, to find out what works for them. I am sure they will post their results. Some are chopping inserts, and making different combos there. To change side wall performance.

That is for 2 wheels. 4 mem foam, 4 black foams, 6 blue foams, each layer is .4375 thick, so that is up to 3.0625" total for each tire, plently of layers, to do any combo you can think of. 8)

Thanks. I will be ordering these and some of the .5cal weights here soon. Any update on the hollowed out plugs for the 1.9 rims yet?

According to the patent law, you are clear and free since you made them before they claimed the patent. This also effects their attempt to gain a patent though...but that depends on their exact patent type and language/illustrations.

You must be the first known inventor (you must also sign a form stating you know of nothing like it being done or made) of an idea to be awarded a patent.

Plus this is different than what you are showing me. It looks like you are putting holes in the sides. Our idea really stems from being able to change the densities of the foam, by introducing differnet density inserts through the side walls. From this we are also seeing the foams creating bite into the traction like nothing we have seen before, By reinforcing the foam behind the bite.

A few of our testers, like cascade crawler for example has a rock quarry he practices at. He said one area in particular he had alot of trouble climbing. Where as now he is able to go up and down consistantly. "thumbsup"
