Vanquish VRD Stance RTR

Got this from customer service at Vanquish:

“…I have updated the listing to include the RTR weight. It is 4.95lbs without the battery.

Regards,…”

Super cool. That’s a light rig.

Looks like the Stance RTR is getting an upgrade in the form of a running change. The box says 24% overdrive and references VPS 08354 in the rear axle. This means they put these portal gears in the rear axle for underdrive to achieve this 24% overdrive.

Or they are just correcting their math like they did on the Phoenix straight axle descriptions. The high OD went from 33% to 46% on the straight axle phoenix just like that.:p

On one of the livestreams, Brandom made a comment stating that there were some gear updates coming. My guess this is in response to the broken portal gears that people are experiencing.

I heard that. The failures had me concerned enough that I took the standard gears out of my rear vrd portals and replaced them with the overdrive gears. Then i put the ud ring and pinion in the rear to get a little of the under drive back.
