Tanis's Axial SWX build Ol' Reliable

Tanis you did an awesome job sunday and drove like an animal! I didn't realize who you were till after the days end, but congrats on the win it was well deserved!

Tanis,
I saw the list of Top Class Drivers at that Comp. Great Job on your Rig,
and your win with it.

Why the underdrive front and rear Nat?
I wanted to gear down some more Eddie, I was missing the low speed control. So now I have great low speed throttle resolution, with lots of wheelspeed still:mrgreen:, and the icing on the cake is....I have insane punch"thumbsup"

Congrats on the win!
Thanks:)

Thanks Rick, Chad pulled some really cool lines, it just didn't quite all come together for him, he was right there all day8)

Congrats! Sounds like its working well...

Am I going to have to compete against you at the WCC?:mrgreen:
Thanks Jake:D
After buying the last available ticket several weeks ago:shock:, then having some things come up so I sold it, and now winning a spot.....I'm thinking I'm supposed to go to this event for some reason;-):ror:...looking forward to crawling with you again"thumbsup""thumbsup" I'll see ya there! Better get that Losi dialed:mrgreen:

Hey Nathan nice win at the West Coast qualifier no question that "Bender Custom SWX" looks good on you man. "thumbsup"
Thanks Norm, I'm going back to my old ways and sticking with it;-). I started out comping the SW2 back in '06, then upgraded to the SW3 in '07....then started experimenting with a bunch of different chassis's for the last year, and now I've come full circle and remember why I comped with my Bender Customs for so long(even though I tested a ton of other chassis).....it plain and simply compliments my driving style8)8)

Went to the ORCRC/Axial West Coast Championships Qualifier yesterday, and was able to pull off the win....by 2 points:shock:. 4 long 10gate courses and a 10 gate shootout course, with 5 reverses and 1 gate for the day"thumbsup" It all came down to the finish gate on the shootout course....which I was able to pull off clean8). Then I found out I won by 2 points:shock:....good thing I decided not to just straddle the finish gate like I had been planning, as that would have cost me the win. Good times and GREAT competition, a bunch of top-level drivers were there putting on a display that was simply fun to watch and be a part of"thumbsup", including the man himself who made it all possible for me to pull the win, by designing this superb chassis......BENDER/Axial8)8)

Congrats on the win Nathan!! See you at Donner "thumbsup"
