South San Fran, Wed Night crawls

Thanks for showing me the spot guys and giving me so many good tips for updating my AX10. "thumbsup" Now I have so much more to buy and do.

Hopefully my Edge chassis is at the door when I get home tonight so I can get it ready for the Rubicon this weekend. :)

It was good meeting and hanging out with you Dave. The Hilux is cool as hell and the ARTR will be soon. Next time maybe our stuff will be running better.
All in all, pretty good turn out last night.

F***in Dima!!! The only crawler to get the hardest line no one else could get .........yet!
Dima, you need to name the climb, it's your's.

What are you talking about my crap pile walked it...:ror: I was thinking of using dima's rig as an obstacle/traction..hehe I guess I had an unfair advantage.
Sorry, about leaving so hastily my buddy needed to be home an hour beforehand...to the wife.
Sorry, about not introducing myself too, Dave. I hope to have my 2.2 out there next week, almost all the parts are here or in the ups truck.

Hmmm... I get to name that one huh? That climb is CRAZY fun. I thikn the added wheelbase helps a TON (as do the flat tires)... I will have a name a bit later.

Manny did you manage to get any video's of the wheeling this time around?

Bent, dud, you got me wanting a fullsize like crazy now. the only problem is all my budies have the Axial's, and my junk would be off the trail at other aprts.

Dave it was great meeting you, and nice seeing that scaler out there... Sooo many options when it comes to what to build.

Your behemoth trounced us all!
You need a trailer for that thing

You have a 5b, nice is that thing huge or what? Where do you drive it in the bay area?

Yeah those things are sick! I've been wanting one of those to give my cat rides in  Don't worry, I have one of those mini football helmets that I can put on him.

I got the Hilux back together. Put the stock leafs on the front for now. I also got my Edge chassis for the ARTR. Man I hope it's not too heavy so that it hampers the performance.

OK, I got a name for the Rock... HARD LUCK and here is why: The only way to make this climb is to gas it from teh bottom of the rock. The only problem with that is as you go up, if you don't ahve enough weight in the front, your tires bounce like crazy, and you either get pitched to the roght and roll, or your front end gets pitched stright up and you topple end over end. You have to hit the rock in just the right spots, with jsut the right amount of speed, and you have to know when to let off and slow it down a bit.

fawking huge....most fun car I have in the collection. There are a couple places I go to. Big Rec in golden gate park, Fat sand dune in the presideo at 15th ave, Ocean beach and the fort towards daly city where they do the hang gliding. Thats were I was getting 40+ feet to air off some dunes at the top of the cliff by where the battery used to be before it few down the cliff.

Manny, great vid's once again. It was really a great time, can't wait until next week. Now I just gotta put together a new body for it (I broke the other one this past weekend out on Marsh creek).

Got my stuff running better than last week, a flipped tranny and slipper clutch don't mix well, lol.
Spanked "Flatty's Hard Luck" once I found the combo.
Still got to raise my ride height about 1/4" tho.
