Official MTB / Mountain Biking Chit Chat

Good idea, I was just going to say that if y'all can't get the stock shock dialed in (especially heavier and/or more aggressive riders) then it's probably time to buy a new better shock and have it tuned to you specifically. "thumbsup" Pike is nice.

Yeah i know the RP23 shock is poo
And as soon as the Monarch RC3 comes back in stock at CrC i,m on it"thumbsup"

On a side note i rode a bike with a set of Manitou Mattocs on it and was really surprised with how good they were

The Monarch Plus is pretty damn awesome. It's a game changer on my Stumpjumper. My coworker has the Mattoc Pro fork and loves it. He's a bit of a Manitou fanboy, but the Mattoc is a very solid fork, for sure.

Yeah i was surprised with the Mattocs
I wouldn,t have even looked at a set of Manitous because of the dramas they had with them years ago .
But after riding a Giant reign with them ( and this bike and fork haven,t had an easy life ) I was really impressed , id say dam close in performance as the Pikes but for nearly half the price

Nah, people smart enough ;-) to start/stop their Strava adventures right from their houses. In the last few weeks there have been a lot of high-end bike thefts in the Salt Lake City area. It is thought that a lot of them are due to Strava.

Common sense, start/stop Strava from the trailhead.

My bike is in the back yard. Good luck getting past Cujo without either being bit or sh**ing your pants from when he barks at you.

My two most expensive bikes live in what would be the dining room for normal people. BUT, I have started road rides from the house in the past, but I won't anymore. I'll ride to the police station and start from there. We have a BIG drug problem around here, hard to say what some tweeker would do for their next fix.

Anthony capozzi cyclist on strave. I don't know how to upload a photo on here from my cell phone gallery.

Save the photo to a hosting site such as snapfish, flickr, photobucket, etc, then copy and past the img file to here. Or buy a star and you can upload the photo directly to RCC. "thumbsup"
