Michigan Roll Call

Anyone want to get together next weekend behind the Church in Grand Blanc? I plan to be there at 11:00 am. Added it to the calendar.

I added a crawl spots page to the site, and added the Grand Blanc location. I need info on the other places you guys crawl at so I can add them as well.

I say lets get a comp lined up. If this sounds good, need to set up a date that most people could attend. I was thinking end of august before people go back to school, kind of a end of summer bash per say. What do you guys think?

How about a super and a 2.2 class. Run what you brung. Would probably be more of a tough truck comp, not just a straight up rock crawl. Could do crawling, hill climbing and ?

Say $5 to enter, and all the money will go for buying trophies. Do top 3 in each class. Would need names of who would be interested, and in what class.

BTW: for the midmich crawler site, how can we add other crawling spots? Should i just e-mail you an address, and description of the location?
 
Alright sounds like we may have something going.

Yeah... truck is built but works like crap. Geared wayyyy to high. Also have been playing with the suspension. So far not too happy with the truck.

Yeah the crawling spots page I have to do, if you want to just pm me the location I can add it. Just follow how I did the Grand Blanc location.

looks promising for me this weekend, unless the "hunnie do list" has an add on.
 
Pulling sled

I had a brand new one, never used it and sold it on e-bay. it is cool, looks like the beefed up the weight box which is good. the original one is junky plastic that flexes like crazy. Hey Rob, have you thought about a GD-600 gear reduction? I know Herzog uses one and I am getting ready to adapt mine to a 2nd stampede tranny in my 2.2.

Yeah, thought about a GD-600. May try different pinion/spur first though.
