Losi 1/10th Roller

Quick word of advice check the set screws on your cvd's and drive shafts. I had two pins to fall out just running around the house. LOSI, LOCTITE IS CHEAP;-)
It's a good idea to go over every screw on ANY factory built rig,,,
in the heli world if you crash your ship and complain about the loose screw from the factory NOBODY blames the factory,,it's the pilots fault for risking his whole heli because he did'nt take the time to go over it,,,,
with crawlers you loose a screw ,,,,well you get pissed and have to find or buy another,,,
with aircraft a loose screw,,,,,,it can cost you EVERYTHING

It is not just Losi, it just frustrates me. I am old school and like building stuff, making sure all flashing is off, lots of grease on shock o-rings, things like that. I know it will happen when you have a ton being sold. I don't hold it against you at all, just the concept as a whole.

The build quality on the Losi crawler is the best I've seen.

You can actually cycle the suspension and not hear air squishing through the shock pistons.

Unfortunately mine was $304.94 at the LHS:-( But I do like to support my LHS"thumbsup" If that helps keep the doors open for me to drive 2 miles to get stuff I need then so be it!

What is this DragBrake valve you speek of!?

i agree with what ckrc is saying is true but one thing to add to that is im sure what 1 dealer got is different than the next dealer based on maybe what they pre-order. im sure ultimate pre-orderd a crap load knowing how he does business and has always had a ton more of any item than any other hobby shop i have ever seen. in the past no matter what brand he can afford to order 200 kits if he wants and guess what when he is spending millions a year do you think any manufacturer is going to send him 4-5 just like the mom and pop shop down the road. when the tc3 first came out people were scrambling to get them associated developed the car at socal in huntington beach and they only got a few cars ultimate on the other hand 15 minutes down the road never ran out and they were flyin off the shelf

Just so you know, I know someone that works at Ultimate and he informed me when they came in. At the time of his message to me, the crawlers were still in the back......They only got about 10. So there may be some truth in Horizon shipping limited quantities.

exactly, hank may have got 10 but how many people have been commenting that their local small shop got 2 or 3. im sure he pre-ordered way more than 10
