Re: Krawl's "SECRET AGENT"

Krawl, are you going to be producing those backing plates for the masses? Before I go out searching alternative routes, I'd like to see if you will be or not.

It is safe to say any specific part you see me design and cut/build in my thread will be offered. That way people don't get butthurt when they find out I am selling them."thumbsup"

These particular plates will require the user to be able to drill the knuckle on an angled surface and also at the propper angle.

Brass will need to be sourced at this point by the consumer to make their specific weights.

Hope that made sence.

As much as a bolt on a go kit would be nice....at this level I feel buying and bolting anything on and hoping for ultimate performance is not really possible.

Re: Krawl's "SECRET AGENT"

i used a standard drill press using my vanquish base weight as a drill guide, if that helps.

That's good thinking right there...bolt the knuckle weight base on and it provides two flat surfaces for clamping and provides the correct angle for the dangle... "thumbsup"

Re: Krawl's "SECRET AGENT"

depends on your drill handjobs:lmao:

My only other concern is where your holes are drilled in relation to where I'd like them to be for my tungsten weight ring holder.

your other concern should be the vanquish hubs are tapered....i dont think you will be able to fit a slug holder anywhere near the wheel face considering the small slugs i have dont fit..

but they can be made blank...

Re: Krawl's "SECRET AGENT"

Mine fit fine now behind slw's.....I just want to drop the base weight.

Those are the rings. Just want to remove my brass knuckles and just run the tungsten."thumbsup"

I think you understood what I meant though.

Based off these 2 pics, I'd chop off the portion above the 2 mounting screws, and have them in basically the same position. Maybe rotate it CCW about 15*-20* more for more forward bias.

Would an exo carbon secret agent all threaded up and epoxied like that BJ4 you made allow you to go lighter?

I know it would look sick!
