Re: Krawl's "SECRET AGENT"

looks great"thumbsup"

what motors/batt. do you run?

thanks.

they are the insanely powerful!! BROOD 30 turn skewed armature beasts with all the bells and whistles.

smooth reliable power!

he might be able to give you a more thorough description.

the funny part is they are really tired! i have been running these same motors since before nationals. i would be lying if if i said there weren't 100 packs on them, so imagine when they are fresh:twisted:

they do eat some power though, so i run the sky lipo 800mah40 c batteries. they are cheap and disposable.

i really dont think you will find a smoother or more powerful motor

Re: Krawl's "SECRET AGENT"

Well, except maybe the new set I am STILL up working on.

Jermey's current motors were a setup both him and lars requested at goldendale..

30t HHK-S 4mm blank 10 comm Epoxy Balanced
KR Can
Putnam Green Brushes
Orion 175 Springs (tweaked)
Ceramic Bearings

Worked out well, ended up selling 10 pairs of these at $250+ a pair."thumbsup"

His new motors........similar....sorta.........but lets just say, lighter, better....more expensive.

Later EddieO

i assembled it with Loctite 648 (22t gear and pin) to prevent damage like that"thumbsup"

Re: Krawl's "SECRET AGENT"

Wow! Can't believe it was the shaft and not the gears.

Re: Krawl's "SECRET AGENT"

Sweet jumps!
Nice vid, the rig looks great. "thumbsup"
I picked up a set of those motors recently, they are beast!

Re: Krawl's "SECRET AGENT"

Nice video!

That seems to be the most popular place for the shafts and hardened transfer gears to break, darn pins. Atleast when you aren't breaking teeth, you know everything else was assembled right! "thumbsup"

Re: Krawl's "SECRET AGENT"
