Servo arrived:

Time to take it apart:

In the vise to cut the board out:

One dremel pass:

Another cut:

Desoldered each half of the board out:

(I cut the board in half per the recommendation of Wil (Jokerswild) makes it a lot easier to desolder)
Then popped open the top half:

Cut this pin off:

Put it back together with a spool I had lying around (I think it's a Mad Dog spool) and missing some pieces:

Threw it in the front to see how it looks:



Couple pics of me trying to figure out where to put stuff:


Decided to take a break and paint the helmets:

Used some auto body touch up paint:


Second one:

Slightly different color this time:


Then at some point I tried getting the figures to fit, well much to my luck, they aren't going to work... GRRRRR so back to the drawing board for that.
Tonight I'm going to try and get the electronics situated.
