Food/Cooking

You can add Black Angus and Lamb to that. Stopped by my favorite market on the way home after a grueling 4 hour workday and picked a couple items up.

For lunch, leftovers from last evening.

WTF??? you show one food group in a pic, and the next pic has completely unrealted ( and yummy) food in the next?

Here is my cooker that I built, along with some shots of whats come off of it.

It's a "bacon bomb".

Weave bacon, spread out sausage, fry up some bacon and sprinkle over that along with cheese, and then roll it up and smoke it till done. Slice it and devour.

Anyone try a white BBq sauce? Mayo, vinegar, horseradish kinda thing. I imagine an Arby's Horsey sauce, but don't think that's quite right. Few recipes on this here web thing.

I've made an Alabama white BBQ sauce. It was good just to thin for what I was using it for, which was dipping smoked wings in it. A place down the road puts a white sauce on there wings, which I was trying to replicate. Ironically my wife said she acquired the recipe this week so I'll let you know how the 2nd run turns out.
