I've made an Alabama white BBQ sauce. It was good just to thin for what I was using it for, which was dipping smoked wings in it. A place down the road puts a white sauce on there wings, which I was trying to replicate. Ironically my wife said she acquired the recipe this week so I'll let you know how the 2nd run turns out.Anyone try a white BBq sauce? Mayo, vinegar, horseradish kinda thing. I imagine an Arby's Horsey sauce, but don't think that's quite right. Few recipes on this here web thing.
