Kielbasa and sourkraut with beans and pierogies

Beef and steak chilli

Rubens and other stuff...

Stroganoff

Shredded pot roast and peppered gravy, potatoes were cooked in the slow cooker then fried in a pan before serving

Tried a "Home Version" of Gyros over the weekend...

Can use Lamb, Chicken or Beef.

I used London Broil, cubed & skewered, Mediterainian style marinade, Grill

Home made Cucumber Sauce ( Tzatziki )

Grilled the pita, Turned out great!
