Asparagus w/chopped garlic, butter, olive oil, pinch of kosher salt, ground pepper

I did some lobster tails some months ago too but differt style this looks yummy and healthy mine were just yummy LOL, it was for my wife B-day.. I will post some pics later

triggerfish ceviche. .. this is my favorite, I like it even more than scallops.

same recipe, the thinner the slices the better, jalapenos, carrots (the ones that came in the jalapenos can), onion, and a lot of lemon juice, let all the ingredients rest in the recipient for 1 hour

Please describe the purpose of the avocado?Isn't it too sweet and sugary?I know this but my friend has to hear it from somebody else.
 
LOL, you got me thinking here.. I just love avocado and try to put it over anything, I think avocado is part of the mexican cuisine, guacamole or whole avocado for tacos and tostadas, burritos, etc. I havent notice any sweet flavor on the avocado maybe cuz normally you put some salt over the taco/tostada plate and some spicy sauce.
 
Yeah, I don't recall an avocado EVER tasting sweet. At least the ones grown here in the sub tropics are not. Maybe the avocados grown where he lives are a bit different...

as promised, some baby lobsters and some lobster tails for my wife Bday, not as healthy as the previous lobster dish but Yummy fo'sure
