I actually pulled out the XR today and started toying with it. Still need an ESC...hate to spend that kind of money!

Use that ding dang E-maxx ESC until you get a grawler specific one. It will easily run two crawler motors, all you need do is make a loop jumper for one connector and she will run on one pack.

Ordered the parts that I needed. Found www.rchobbies4life.com and ordered from them. Prices were good, shipping was close to actual ($2.40) and out of Cali. Shipping sold me. Now, we'll see how quickly they ship.
