colorado springs weekly comps/trail runs?

Ok. No worries. Let's try to park at the first parking lot as you turn off to lazyland. Or the furthest parking you can get to off that road. They can stop us from driving but they can't stop us from hiking it.

Re: Tires

I've been running the stock tires ever since I've had my scx10 and decided it's time to try something new. Anyone have input on a good tire for Palmer Park style scaling? Has anyone had experience with the Pro-Line 1.9 Interco TSL SX **XL**Super Swamper G8 Tire ... they sound like an awesome tire?

I run their 2.2 versions and I like them alot.

Yeah, I'm sure that will work just fine .... it wasn't that far to the end and who knows, the road may be open tomorrow. 8)

I LOVE the TSL Super Swampers myself, they did wonderfully on beach rocks in Japan, and have been fantastic in Palmer Park on my SCX10 without vented wheels. I dont know about the bigger size, but I have a set of the smaller ones if ya want to give them a run. Warning: Fresh out of they bag, they stink. I mean, fill-the-house, wife angry kinda stink lol

Anyone considering the Denver comp this weekend? Just curious. I am going to beat up some trails at Palmer I think unless something else comes up. I need to find my way around this city.....

Thanks for the offer. Just got my set of the bigger size yesterday ... man are they hard to mount on my vanquish beadlocks. And yep, they did stink.

I finally got the electronics wired in my Gelande 2, so you can COUNT on me being at Palmer Park this weekend!

I would love to find a "trail" and find some new ground to pound. We can start in P9 if ya want to and wander until the little guy says "wanna home, Daddy"!
