I think we need to go back and look at how ohter countrys have handle there felons, like if you are caught stealing you get your hands cut off, If you rape, molest etc you get your junk cut off. This country especially California has gottento many laws to complicate our system. they would get a far trial as they do now8) if convicted then off they go to pay for what they did

That don't always work here, in some cases the police stop looking if they "think" you're good for it, in some cases you almost have to be out of state if not out of the country not to be in those situations.

ok so there are people who really need to be locked up but lets try to keep in mind that prisons are nothing more than a business how are the inmates at fault that it cost the state 50grand per person sounds like bureaucratic crap to me how about not even a broken coffee maker or broken chair can get thrown out with out paper work and if we did not throw people in prison over stupid victim less crimes save it for killers and psycos not potsmokers and hookers look you want smoke grass and leaves or what not thats your thing and why is it a crime to pay for booty in the alley but if you put it on tape market it its legal im lost whats the difference between porn star and hooker both hump for cash right sorry about the rant guys

my parents are in there 21st year of being a CO, they make good money because they work a shit ton of OT...my mom went in last night for an OT midnight, came home this morning as I was leaving and has to be back in at 3 for a 3-11 shift. They only have 4 years left and then they are out...
