Anyone have any-idea how well that printed skid would hold up to being subjected to the abuse crawling generates?
Ever tried the pen spring mod ?
Like this thread its taking time to read through it all lol but alot of good info for my e 10I think next up will be replacing the universal dogbones, I would assume that the HSP dogbones are the same fit, am I wrong? Those should work. Just make sure the ends fit 5mm shafts and the drive shaft length is in the same range as the Everest. If you do, you can use whatever drive shaft you like.I think next up will be replacing the universal dogbones, I would assume that the HSP dogbones are the same fit, am I wrong? i spent 20 years living on a sail boat in the ocean moored out a 1/4 mile off shore
stainless steal or galvanized steel works best in salt water you can use a good penitraiting fluid to protect steal from rusting too like duralube or corosion x just hit them after you go in the water and you should be good ive never worried about it i like the rust on my scalers it adds a bit of realism i wish i could get my axles to rust but pot metal dosent rust damb it lol
ive never seen anyone use titanium on the water
the shafts i linked are stainless that listing dosent say it but other listing for those shafts do say that so im asuming thouse are too but you can look around

Can anyone advise if you can use Gen7 pro cvd's in the E-10 housing and also can you use the regular Gen7 axles PN 70627?
Yes you can, though I understand using the CVD's only allows a small increase in steering angle over the dogbones...
