Any idea why it costs so much? I'd think that 1.9 and super, with lower numbers and staff needs would have lower cost. Let's say super runs 4 courses. Thats $3 a minute to drive a truck the driver has already invested a load of money in. Inclusive? I dunno.

I think Verizon should be pretty good there. You can look at their service map and see that they got Rhode island, and most of New England for that matter pretty well covered.
