Hello everybody,
It's time for an upgrade mod for the RS10!
I found some nice 13mm hubs that fit the Redcat cups perfectly.
Why do this mod? - Well, if you own a RS10 you know that you have to adjust the dual rate travel of the servo because the tires tend to bite the base of the shocks and the motor cables. With this upgrade this wont happen anymore."thumbsup"
Here is a video I made explaining the mod:

How To:
Now, if you prefer pictures and words here is the explanation of how to install them.
First of all, the hubs are Junfac 13mm widner , I got them from Ebay. They come with 4x 5M washers and 4x 5M spring washers.
Now, to perform the mod successfully you'll required 8x more 5M washers just like the ones that comes with the Junfac kit.
So you'll need:
1x Junfac 13mm widner kit
8x 5M washers
1x 3/16 drill bit
Procedure:
Disassemble the knuckles from the redcat and then remove the cups from the knuckles (it may required some hammering to remove them).
Next, take one washer from the Junfac kit and one from the ones you brought at your hardware store and place them inside the cup.
Why one washer from the kit and the other from hw store? - because normally the washer from junfac will be thinner than the one from the store. If the washers are too thick the holding pin would not pass through the hole because the bearing would be too raised up.
Why place 2 of them inside the cup? - They will prevent the 13mm hub and the cup head from squashing the 2 bearings when you tight up the wheel. If they are not placed the wheel will not turn.
Now, replace back the cup into the knuckle and insert the pin.
You'll need to drill the wholes on the wheels (at least the stock ones) so the bolt that comes with the junfac kit would pass through.
If you use a 3/16 drill bit you simply start to wobble the bit until the hole is big enough for the bolt.
This is how the whole thing looks installed in the wheel.
Now, simply install back the knuckle to the RS10, place the 13mm hub and tight up the wheel. Remember to place one washer and one spring washer before screwing the bolt into the hub.
No more bite."thumbsup"
I hope you find this post useful.
Note:
1) The wheels might no move as freely as before but I don't believe it won't be something that the motors can't handle.
