I went to the lhs bought a new axle housing , Strc 4 link mount to replace my broken ones . I also picked up a tekin 35t motor to replace my HH torque master while it's getting rebuilt

Replaced my 1.9 pit bull growlers with pit bull rock beasts on the 1.9 revolvers.
Still waiting for 1.9 methods to get back in stock.
The lhs has a set of 2.2' methods I think I'll pick up for some mudslingers.
It will be nice to have all three sets of tires mounted on their own vp bead locks.

I did free mods on my dead bolt today. Moved the battery forward electronics in the back basic stuff. I did so something different that I haven't seen yet. I moved the battery forward like I've seen before with the extra servo mounts in the front. But after I flipped the trans around I noticed I couldn't fit the receiver box with the esc still attached to fit between the brace and the motor. Soooo what I did while looking at the frame I bumped the rear brace and shock mounts back a notch. Two issues with this both easy fixes in my eyes. First is since the shock mount moves backward a bit you have to relocate the shock mount to the most forward hole. Easy now the shock is verticle again. The second one I didn't think about until I went to put the body back on it. Its obvious now tho the shock mounts moved so did the rear body mounts :( For now I rigged some holes on the stock body but I plan on either picking up a k5 blazer body or another Chevy body not sure yet what i'll pick yet but either way shouldn't be a problem to just ream the holes where they now mount. On to my quick pics I didn't get close ups of the rear mounts but I can if need be I figured its pretty easy to see on the truck its self.

Finally had some snow for the first time in 2 years sooo..........had a lot of snowfun with the Deadbolt. After that I tore it apart to finally do some waterproofing and put marinegrease in the axles

Got a new body for the dead bolt. Wheel base is a little long for my body of choice but I made it fit :) haven't mounted it yet with paint on had to run to work and I finished decals on it while we're slow ;)

Now it needs a rear bumper any ideas?

Still no pics yet but all electronics are mounted just a stock 27T and ae-5 esc and Tower pro servo 8$ cant go wrong. How do I post a picture?

Best way to post is download tapatalk app for your smartphone or tablet. Find RC Crawler and this thread then it's easy :)

Took apart the tranny , and front diff to clean out the old grease and add new grease , cleaned and lubed all the bearings , replacing a few that were trashed , cleaned and lubed the mip axles. Then test drive it in the house to make sure everything was good and it's butter smooth
