What did you do to you SCX-10 today?

Rebuilt my rear end.
Bearings. Ring & Pinion.
Replaced a broken shock hoop. Broke it by accidentally stepping on it.
Put thread lock on my wheel hexes.
Put additional grub screws in my X-Duty drive
shafts. Not sure if anyone else had this happen or not.
Rebuilt my transmission and repacked the bearings with grease.
Replaced my inner c-hub bearings.
Lubed the axle stubs.
Lubed all the joint on my drive shafts.

Got some stuff in yesterday and installed most of it last night! Gonna see how well everything works today!

I took mine outside for the first time! All stock setup (except waterproofing) so I got some ideas of what I need to change/adjust on it.

Installed Gmade 104mm zero shocks yesterday, they feel smooth and articulate great but we'll see how this extra ride height is gonna treat my setup now. The shocks I took off were the Gmade 90mm ts01's and I am VERY pleased with those but wanted more flex so yeah. Going to test the zeros first then take it from there"thumbsup" Let me know what you guys think though"thumbsup"

Well got a chance to test out the Gmade 104mm zero shocks yesterday. Definitely reverting back to the ts01's haha. Zeros aren't a bad shock at all though, they're smooth, leak free and flex like crazy. I could see em more on a wraith than on a 1.9 setup like mine. The flex was a little tooo much for my rig and the extra ride height definitely thew my performance off. Overall though a really good shock, just not for my tank of a setup haha"thumbsup"

I made a long weekend out of mine. Friday I switched from my tiny Mud Thrasher tires on wagon wheels to Rok Lox on plastic wheels.

Before.

Side by side comparison.

Saturday I took her out and cartwheeled down a hill and broke my factory output for the rear driveshaft.

Sunday I ordered a Robinson Racing solid gear for the outputs and pulled the Rok Lox off the plastic wheels to swap them over to the wagon wheels once I figure out my foams (probably going to order from Crawler Innovations this week.)

Filled the rear shocks with 40wt oil, and crawled around on some snowbanks.
The rear end doesn't seem to hop as much as it used to. I think I like the heavier oil.

Snow banks are fun, but I still can't wait for it all to melt...

Still need some Dirt Grabbers or other sub-4" tire.

Just some exterior customizing with how the spare tire sits. Waiting on more accessories.

Installed...

STRC Chubs
STRC Knuckles
HR Tranny Gears
Solar D772 Servo
Junfac Gmade XD Piggyback Shocks

Adjusted ride height with a lift kit and got it going.

After destroying my Pitbulls in the mud I decided to get rid of the beater steels and get some real wheels and tires. I bought the 4 Runner wheels with some Iroks. I have another set of Pits on the way too. Might be time for a little body work?
