What are you working on??

I run a 2300 roc412 on 3s and am quite happy with it. Ill likely have it at Reid this weekend if you wanna check it out. I do have under drive gears on both ends too.

Got the Ascender all running. I think I like it over the scx10... Who knew???

Nice! It'll be nice to see another ascender out and see how it does with a different body. I really like those wheels too!

it crawls awesome. I had to mod the battery tray to get a big lipo in there. I just cut down the side of the tray and laid a axial one across it. left some room in the front so I stuck 8 , 1/4 oz sticky weights on it. I was concerned with it being tippy with the flat iron xls on it. Not a problem at all. Only issue I have are the shocks are kinda sucky. driver side never comes all the way back up. Research time. only thing left for tweeks to do. And put a bec on it. The servo is a little hoggish with the volts lol

@ Kaler- The driver must have been hardened. You'll be lucky if you can drill it. Might have to go in the other side

Thunder, I'm not geared as low as Skybolt and mine crawls awesome and scoots. It could be faster for bashing but for trail work it more than enough. Plus I'm sure I could hear up some and note loose much on the smoothness. The HH 2300 is nice.

Ya that's a negative on the drilling dornbox, i'm gonna cut it off and buy a new outdrive and mip shaft end.

I put the HH 2200 in the wraith, I find it smoother than the ROC 412.....
super nice motor!

Made my own pull pal. Not really scale or pretty but hopefully will get the job done. I did feel the need to get a bit mid-evil with the spikes to dig into whatever need be lol. It's super heavy and ugly but should hold plenty of weight lol.
Ben

Going to try a different motor tonight I have a tekin 17.5 Red line. I looked it up its 2500 KV and sensored so it should work for crawling.
