yeah i will tomorrow after work , will get several pics and later i will be getting all of the measurements off of the new axles and making a set of plans for the new axles so anybody can get them made ( but i have another friend that is a cnc machinist so i am going to talk to him about making them )

viper, how are these wheels working out for you? they look pretty cool but i'm curious if your finding the dynamic weights effective. i'm having a really hard time deciding on what wheels to upgrade to. given i'll probably spend more on the wheels than the original creeper purchase prices i'm taking my time! :)

these do look nice. between these and the return of xvd's i could have bulletproof set of axles when my stock units self-destruct.

well so far i have run the new wheels one time for about 5-10 minutes they seem to work well so far but i will know more tomorrow after the comp right now my rig is running light so we will see how she does

well i am going to test them tomorrow so we will see and i have to pull them out after to get the measurements for the plans
Those are purty. I want some :)
thanks , as long as everything goes as planned then i will pull out the axles get the measurments and get the drawing to my other friend to see if he can make them for me provided i get the materials , i will let you all know how it goes at the comp tomorrow and also will try to get some shots of the creeper in action

well after all the changes i have made to the creeper i need to make some more , moving the links per thomas' tips and tricks helped out drastically almost zero ( only when bound up or severe incline ) . i need to move my electronics and battery down lower and probably add some weight to the wheels and i really need to get a stronger servo or gang two together to get some more torque and need to make a new straight steering link since i moved my steering back to the front .

well after disassembly i started going through the creeper to check everything , glad i did the 15x10x4 bearings in the hubs are shot , so it's time for some new bearings probably gonna go with avid bearings seem to be good quality and reasonably priced ( anybody have other suggestions ) .

nice looken ring hope it does good to you and you wont have a lot of problems with the straight axles and the wheels hope they work well and how did you do at the comp

i ended up getting 4th place in sportsman not bad considering that i made several changes to the rig and still need to make a few more ( lower electronics and add some weight to wheels ) and i have a new to me body to put on ( beetle ).

oops almost forgot i finished 8th in 2.2 pro these courses ( sportsman and 2.2 ) were brutal
