Video of 1/18 crawler not crawling! Help troubleshoot.

I got https://www.amazon.com/RocHobby-Scale-Fire-Horse-Crawler/dp/B099WKWJ6R for my 7-year old's BDay and he LOVES IT. But it's not working now and hoping you may be able to tell me what part to replace!

sounds like a loose pinion gear

Thanks. I tried opening it up and the plastics are all so perfectly molded around the components such that its very hard for upgrades etc. I decided to return to Amazon and buy an Axial 1/24 RC. Thanks.
