Weight rings made of gold?

:lmao: Right, my guess is Amain is going to try and squeeze as much money from them as they can before they do the discount on the wheels, as I am guessing they bought them at a Higher Cost and want to recoup what they can. Personally I hate it when place's do that, but I do understand it is the cost of doing business in an every changing environment. Either way I skipped Amain and bought them straight from Jconcepts.

They were just announced on 7/11!

Pricing for 4 was supposed to be around $65
JConcepts Torch Wheels For The Traxxas TRX-4 « Big Squid RC – News, Reviews, Videos, and More!

That actually is completely incorrect. Jconcepts released them back in 2016, November to be exact. They realized to be competitive they needed to lower the price, so they re-released them the way they are now.

Looking where to find Vanquish KMC Enduro wheels with SLW350 hubs. Does anyone know any RC Outlet that has them? In Black.

So I can confirm the Jconcepts Torch wheels will Technically fit SLW Hubs, I say technically because it will take some dremel work (Has a rim in the rear of the wheel which keeps the SLW Hubs from being mounted correctly) and some drilling (The holes for the screws are just a tad smaller than the SLW screws need) but everything lines up correctly.

I will also confirm that the stock hubs have to be drilled out to fit correctly as well :(

Got an update for the Jconcepts Torch Wheels.

Just got an E-Mail from Jconcepts as follows:

Thanks for reaching out to us and my apologies for the issue.

There was an issue with the Torch wheels being drilled to the wrong axle size. We shipped out around 20 sets with this issue. We have now fixed it!

I can send you a shipping label and you can return them to us and we will fix them and send them back. Please send me your address and I will email you a shipping label.

Just wish I could find someone who stocks Vanquish KMC or Method wheels. Seems like nobody has them at all.

Amain and Rpp both have some KMC Bully Wheels in stock, granted the only one's they do have are Silver/Black.

Yah I am looking for KMC Enduros in Black with Black SLW350 Hubs as I know they fit and clear portals and give the vehicle wheel width the same as stock.

Bully's look pretty good too.

Did you check Vanquishproducts.com?

EDIT: Everything but Enduros and Bully's in black. Oops.

I just wanted to post an update on our Torch wheels.

The Issue with the wheels not fitting over the Traxxas axles has been fixed!

We understand the inconvenience this has caused. If you still have wheels that need to be fixed please let me know. "thumbsup"

LMFAO, I posted that on the previous page, that I had hear back from them and more or less got the same response as you did.

Just called them instead of playing E-mail tag because I am moving here shortly and need all my Mail stuff here by the 31st. He already mailed me a new set of hubs and said not to worry about the old set that don't fit correctly. So overall, very good customer service with them thankfully.

That's because I was the one that emailed you and talked to you on the phone LOL!

I completely misread your post when I posted the reply :lmao:

Didn't know anyone from Jconcepts was around the forum :D. Surprised you guys are not in the Vendor's Section though, but I suppose that is an extra Expense you may not want to deal with. Either way, quite a pleasure dealing with you all, very helpful and prompt which is not the norm now a days with most companies.

Can you make a list, which WHEELS and TIRES work perfectly on the TRX4? Without rubbing the plastic at the portal axle housing, maybe you could still say what hubs you used, it would be easier for newbees to find the right WHEELS and TIRES combination :lol::lol:

A List would be cool sorted by manufacturer type thing and what hub was required to get the stock width and portal clearance.

Rc4wd wagon wheels stock hubs will clear also with Cody axle weights 8 hole axial beadlocks with axle weights off will fit
