Team Carnage Crew's KOH 2010 chassis build

Got started on the rear lower trailing arms. Had to build a quick fixture to make sure they all come out the same. Got the rear lower link mount tabs tacked in place. this setup will give us 13.5 inches of up travel and 6.5 down for a total of 20 inches. that is double what the lil bastard had:mrgreen: I can't wait to abuse this thing. We also got the front link mount finalized and set in place. It will have 10.5 inches of up travel and 6 down. Should be enough to get the job done I hope.

Yep But will address that soon. Just sent some more files to the lazer cutter hope to get them back before the weekend.

Got some more done this week. Got some more stuff from the lazer shop. got the rear trailing arms all tacked together. Figured out what needs to be cut for the rear upper links.

Few over all shots the rear is at full compression. Front is at ride height. Shocks are close to the angle they will be mounted.

Damn those control arms look sick!

Crap it looks like what 3-4 hours of tig work to go on each control arm?

yea probably some were around there. Shit their will be probably 6-7 hours in each one. But it will be worth it these things are beefy.

You can't even see all the beef he has in these rear links... there is a solid aluminum bar hiding inside these as well! Took some funny pics while I was there last Sunday of Jason (Slowrocker) showering Bastards a$$ with sparks from the chop saw while Aaron was trying to weld the threaded bungs in the links... Was pretty funny because Aaron didn't even stop welding just gritted through it... The pics came out too dark on my phone so you will have to believe me.

The sickest fab work as always! I will have to stop by and shoot some footage before we release our best of DVD in a few months! Keep up the awesome work! I can't wait to see it in Cali!!!
