Sonoma County Crawlers

Thanks Mad. ....Went back there today. And I'll tell ya that wall is at least 200-300 yard long. The game is to drive the whole thing w/out falling off. Dig sure helps! I went through a battery and a half and still did not reach the end. Be aware that there is fresh poison oak. I cleared a bunch, but if you catch it easy, be careful.

Hey do any of you guys have the middle gear in the Axial servo? Mine is totally stripped and I don't know why.

it was a secret spot, thanks for blowin it up.i hope you get poison oak and a rattlesnake bite you...

Justin: It's broken because you crawl with a 27 turn motor and like to hammer on the throttle! "thumbsup"

Shoot me an e-mail with the part # and I'll look into ordering you a set of gears. Or, go with an upgraded metal gear servo and you'll be set!

Rudy: We'll have to check that spot out soon! Looks like fun, good find!!

Well if it was a secret spot, it sure is in a public place.....and I bit the darn snake's head off...that'll teach it to try and bite me...lol  ....and I do not get poison oak...I actually have cleared out a bunch from the wall for you folks that do get it....

Watch out for Rudy, he eats rattlesnake meat with his scrambled eggs in the morning ... And, if you meet him out at the crawl spot, don't shake his hand! He clears out the poison oak, but since he doesn't get it he doesn't use gloves! The big stud!

Actually, he's one of the nicest guys you'll meet who owns a crawler!

Hey guys, anybody want to have a quick run under the bridge this afternoon? Around five or six? I have a new dig I need to break in.

Well?? How did our locals do at the comp today??

I had a great time at the r/c race with the Ground Pounders Club, but kept wondering about the comp .... Did Lance keep his throttle finger under control? Did Brian's radio troubles stay fixed? Did Erik's bad luck at Comps continue? Come on guys, fill us in!!!

It was a Nor-Cal Comp over at Folsom Lake .... Don;t worry Justin, our JPH Comp is still on May 10th (you didn't miss it!)

yes i understand it is a "public Park" and i dont claim it to be mine, but posting photos and giving directions kills the thrill of going out and exploring new spots...just respect it and pick your trash when you leave and dont go past the gate into the golf course, they get all pissy.and they will call the sheriff to come out there...but on a side note...Watch out for rattlesnake's they are out there and there not small one's....enjoy the spot because it is some of the most hardcore rc wheeling you'll find around...we go out there often and we'll show you some of the lines.if you think you can hang...Wes...

Wes: I need a tour of that spot ... We should set up a time and go crawlin'!

Also, I have a mtn bike, if you know of any spots that need a bike to get to!! "thumbsup"

I have bad Mojo, no way around it:twisted:.

Erik: I think you'll break your bad luck streak this Saturday!

Lance will redeem himself too!

Justin: Leave the banjo at home!
