RCA Points Series Comp #7

I had a blast today. Met some cool people too. That was a cool comp spot, but some seriously slick rock. It looked like a great place for some scaling. I'm sure you guys had a good time. I was wishing I had brought my Wraith. See you at the next one."thumbsup"

I had a blast and nice meeting all you guys and girl.... It was all a learning experience for me today. First comp rig I have built and owned and first time driven one was today. Thanks for the advice! I will try to do better next time.

awesome day today after the servo repair"thumbsup""thumbsup" Super thanks to the RCA gang for putting this on, super fun time scaling afterwards also. No Fish I am not gonna tell anybody I beat you today.

Great fun today. Thanks again, Johnny, for inviting us and all you RCA folks for making us feel right at home. Love comping with you guys. Nice spot though the rock was kinda slick. Good job on the win, Scott.

Anyone mind me putting their photo on here cause I got a lot of group shots that are pretty nice? I need to always have my reading glasses on I guess cause some of the photos are blurry:oops:. It's hell when you're old.....
Let me know if you mind please.

Just in case anyone is interested, my crawler came back to life 100% after some drying of components. No $$$ for repairs so far. "thumbsup"

And sorry, Nick, if I got you wet.

Hope we can come back next time. Thanks again.

Had a great time with you guys and gal today, I really enjoy comping with yall because I learn a good deal about the rules and things that I didnt know. Thanks for having us at your comp and maybe ill learn to run a wrench over my crawler between courses next time!

The humidity was horrible today. Hahaha I felt like a chia pet all day. Glad your rig came back strato. I did the same thing to my scaler after everyone left. Went flying through the creek and didn't think it was that deep. Receiver took a swim. Nick saved it...now its in a cup of rice drying out so corrosion doesn't set in.

Somehow I broke a rear delrin link today! Guess its time to upgrade :( anyone have advice to where I can get the rear links I need for my carbon SS chassis?

Here are some pics from the comp. Not all came out so good but these are the few that did.
Prerunning?

Speedracer19- 36
grimreaper- 36
Pdog7- 8

Was great seeing you guys again and meeting the new guys. Hope you all had a good time, that finals course was a tough one. Would have stayed longer but wanted to get home ans start working on the real crawler

I will get the scores posted up as soon as I can locate them . Somehow I grabbed the wrong scoresheets and thought they were the ones that i needed. Sorry for it taking so long. Thanks to everyone that came out. The comps are getting more and more folks and it is all because you are willing to make the drive and hang out with us here it Atlanta. Thanks Ray for the great photos. I am still working on saving some cash to be able to get something that can take some decent pics and maybe get some videos of all your awsome driving skills. Especially Pdog, I am going to watch the video close in order to find out his secrets. Great driving by the way you really ran away with it.
