Hurry up already!!! I want to go run before i go back to work!!:ror:

Lately I have been working on a lot of other stuff and not this Jeep. I need to fab up a front body mount and get on the bumpers and junk.

I do have one tiny update...

I picked up some sweet TSS 1.55" Rock Rings for my wheels and painted them up in black to match. Me likey!

So I made my first attempt at brazing the other day.

I'm going to throw some paint on the body tonight. I had to trim the rest of the fenders off to clear the tires.

The first run was brutal and unforgiving. That means that it was really really fun.

These pics were taken at Hogan's Off Road Park in Disney, OK.

Your talking about the guy in the background, right?
I guess the YJ looks pretty good too. I drove it. and it works. Those tires hook up well.

You know how I know I'm not gay?

I didn't even see that there was a guy in the background.:ror:

I do see a YJ build in my near future.

I'm thinking that the winch needs to be painted black or weathered. It just doesnt sit well with me at the moment.

I'm guessing the tire pulling off the bead was from that extra grippy rock in Disney. That was the highest traction rock I ever crawled on. I missed this Jeep at nats and wish I would have seen it. Great build man keep it up."thumbsup"

Thanks Colby! We will for sure do some running at ECC.

I think the bead failure was due to a crappy mounting job. I repaired the bead for the finals day and I drove it for about 45 minutes with no issues.

Thanks for the compliment"thumbsup"

Here are some cool pics that Sven took at Disney before the carnage. Thanks man!

Ark/La/Miss had a gtg/practice comp over the weekend and we had a scale course setup. The tires did ok, but I needed more support. I am going to see if I can make some 1.55 Two-stage Novas for them. Here are some pics that Rottenbelly took.

After the GTG I sent the YJ home with my buddy Rottenbelly for some light work. I had no idea that they would already be ready. Thank you my friend!
