Currently using a corner desk as my work bench, I bought this L desk. It wasn't supposed to arrive until the 3rd but it showed up today which I'm stoked about. I get to rearrange the area for New Year's weekend after all!

My plan is to put both rectangular pieces together, then put the square piece to finish off the L. Just this desk alone gives me space to actually set up a scale area/backdrop.

Don't mean to double post but came home to some new foams; Flub RC Flubber stufferz. Still don't own a set of 3BRC anti foams but I may pick up another servo from them or a motor and will grab them also.

Always been infatuated with this car, picked up this re-re-released classic...
Never had a road car, don't have much room to run it.
I just wanted it! :ror:

So I was just doing some browsing for the Proline 4runner lexan interior for fun. Did a search a while back with no results (or didn't look hard enough). Found an Aussie hobby shop seller (see pic) that now has 3 left if anyone is interested! Apparently it also fits the Cliffhanger body.

Bought myself a late Christmas present, shipped in 3 days, too fast for the batteries to show up, guess I gotta wait a few days it's really muddy at my house anyway.

I got to tell ya, now that I got an SCX6, I am kind of being bitten by the BIGGER Bug and an really having to force myself to not pick up a used X-Maxx.

It was not real recent, but I picked up an Arrma Fireteam and never even took it out of the box.

I had it for sale for awhile, with no real bites, only lowballerz and spammers.

Then a local guy asked to come out and take a look at it and wanted to know if I would consider trading an "almost new" Traxxas Maxx V2. we settled on the trade and a little cash. I know what "almost new" means, but it was surprisingly clean, so the deal went down.

The fun part, is this guy came out to play as well. He brought out charged batteries for the Fireteam, as well as an Arrma Kraton 8s. Holy smokes, what a ripper that thing was!

We had a huge pile of snow in the middle of our circle from all the prior storms, that damn rig was insane. Him and his son were really cool, down to earth folks.

Good times!!!

All that just to say Congrats on the Notorious, I bet it will be a BLAST!!!

**EDIT**
My plan is to sell the Maxx, but my son is pretty adamant that I keep it :ror: I told him that he can save his money and pay for it, instead of throwing it away at Walmart on garbage and wasting it on gaming. His choice...

Some guys would consider this a downgrade, but I definitely think it’s an upgrade. Factory 20” FX4 Gun Metal wheels for my ‘14 F150 came in today. Mounted one on to verify that it would clear the spindle on the RC 4” lift and now I have to decide what tires to get…

These are what’s on it now, pretty bad brake dust on the front driver wheel. Going to clay bar it all off and hopefully sell them.

It's an upgrade. As a wheel fan in general, any OEM wheels are an upgrade from base stock or cheap aftermarket wheels that you can buy at your local Les Schwab/small tire shop. I'm not downplaying your old wheels either as everyone has their preference.

I’m with these guys, Fords always had some good looking oem wheels. I opted for an OE set I’m my old f150 a long time ago and I don’t regret it one bit. I feel you on the brake dust though.. roughly 80,000 I’ve put on my truck and I’m
On my 3rd set of front brakes and 2nd set of rears

My phone is in a creek in the mountains somewhere, swallowed by the storm. Long story. Anyway, I went to get a new phone, and the ONLY black iPhone with 256gb storage in stock was the most expensive one they had. Bye Bye $30.55 a month for the next 3 years!

Next thing on the purchase list is a new front passenger door. The phone didn't make it, but at least my truck kinda did... :flipoff:
