PARC's Next Club Meeting 3/31/2010

PARC's next meeting will be Nov. 31st 2010. This Meeting is for everyone to attend.

The location is at: BERGE FORD in Mesa, Az
The address is: 460 East Auto Center Dr Mesa Az 85204
This is at Mesa Dr & the US 60
Meeting Start Time will be 7:00 PM it will end by 9:00 PM
We have to be out of the meeting room by 9:00 PM Sharp.
We have the use of Berges Meeting room the last Wednesday of every month.
This is at no charge to the Club.
Their Meeting Room is upstairs on the New Car side. That is on the North side of Auto Center Drive.
PLEASE Park out on the Street and don't take up Berges Customer Parking.
There is free parking on both side of Auto Center Drive.
The Meeting Room has a stairs outside the east side of the New Car Show Room.
Just ask anyone where the Meeting Room is if you can't find it.
You can bring Sodas or Water to the Meeting Room.
Please make sure you don't leave anything you brought with you in the meeting room.

Meetings Minutes

We had a good turn-out at last nights meeting. Thanks BadTurtle for the donuts.

-We talked about club t-shirts.
Be sure to check BadTurtle's t-shirt thread for updates.
We need to pick out a club logo.

-Course set-up was discussed.
Early set-up and help with courses.
Novice gates for the 1-5 with a 6th for novice finish or separate finish.
Gates 6-10 will be pro gates.
We will continue to use bonus gates as well.

-A comp marshal rotation was discussed and passed.
Azvader will marshal the Old Papago comp.
Ol' gravy leg will marshal at Warpaint.
And Crawler-Dad has the Mini Moab comp.

-Bmuzz's Warpaint location was voted on and passed.
We'll be changing the Summit comp to Warpaint.
Thank Brian for scouting it out and posting up.

-And finally the 2011 Qualifier.
It will be January of 2011. Date TBA.
We need to get a committee formed. Hotwheels69 and Crawler-Dad have volunteered, but we need some more. If any one has experience setting up or helping with a large event we could use the help.
We voted on Casa Grande for the location.
This is our states chance to show off what we've got !! Let's all get involved !!
