Official Chesapeake, VA beach, Suffolk Trail Run Thread

Man those Rc4wd Rock Crushers are sick on wet terrain. It was perfect mudding conditions this evening. Now I have got a hell of a mess to clean up.

Looking good nate. How'd you attach the dog and tools and whatnot?

Hot glue gun. Ive taken a couple spills and so far so good. Im sure a good roll down the hill climbthat we climb at IP will test the hold. Its all good though. When she breaks I will fix her. I read hot glue was good for light buckets so I figured I would give it a shot.

How u doing man? U still gone?

Gotcha. Let me know how the hot glue holds up long term. And yes I'm still out for a few months.

Light buckets how? Making them or sealing them?

Well the one guy was making his own buckets by heating a scrap piece of lexan over a childs mega block and used hot glue to secure the light bucket to the body. Said it worked really well and had a good strong hold. My roll bar protects most of my stuff. The dog may lose his head though the first nasty roll though.
