Looks like Turbo racingDoes anybody know the OEM of the transmitter and where to buy more receivers? It's really not a bad radio at all.

Thank you! That's a new name to me. It definitely looks like the P52 radio. Wonder if their receivers will sync with the Vanquish version of the radio without any issues.Looks like Turbo racing
Yeah, I haven't seen many threads on the Fordyce either. From what I hear though, these are really great rigs.Wow this truck doesn't seem to get much love on this forum. Unless I did something wrong or the search on the new website doesn't work properly, I only found a handful of Fordyce threads and one was mine.

Here is the receiver. VP sells it on their site.
Ok, I wasn't sure who the manufacturer was. I was kinda surprised to see VP sold the receivers seperatly. Doesn't seem like a bad price. I have been hearing that these radios are nice for an RTR radio. They were out of stock when I checked so good to see they restocked them. Also on my Bumpy Road to Fordyce thread, @svt923 said they are Turbo Racing RX41 receivers. So another great source.
The recent flurry of disco’s from Vanquish has been saddening. The Origin, Pro and others was sad to see go, but I get it with being a smaller company. They keep coming out with new products and rigs and I’m sure keeping stock off all of them would be difficult. So Josh/Harley just confirmed on his livestream going on now that the Fordyce is getting discontinued! I have no idea why. I think it's one of the best trail truck out of the box at the moment. Good thing is that bodies will stick around for a while.
I understand killing off the expensive, all-aluminum kits, but they need a stable product lineup. That would make sense for a plastic rig. It's confusing to me that the Fordyce was killed out of all the products. The recent flurry of disco’s from Vanquish has been saddening. Still though, sad to see the Fordyce go away so quickly. At least VP kept the bodies available to purchase.
My thought was also they'd put a new body on the Fordyce and maybe cheap up some other bits and re-release it. I'm guessing a cab-only rig or something like that. The RTRs are what sells so it would be odd for them to kill off all RTRs just to have kits.Maybe they will release something similar with a new body? Not having an entry level rtr seems like a bad decision.
IMO their lineup is a bit strange. I think the vrd builders kit and the vs410 builders kits are too similar. A straight axle Carbon kit and a vs410 builders kit would have made more sense.
Good point. I agree.I understand killing off the expensive, all-aluminum kits, but they need a stable product lineup. That would make sense for a plastic rig. It's confusing to me that the Fordyce was killed out of all the products.
