If you look closely you'll see 6 screws in the diff covers, so they aren't Tamiya, AR60's, Vaterra or Gmade diffs.

I do like the metal looking shock mount clamps instead of moulded mounts like the others.

I've seen the logo on the diffs and tyres somewhere but can't figure it out yet.

I could see proline doing something like this... After a big 13/14, they didn't do anything major in 2015. Maybe they were saving for a new venture... pun intended. Then again, it could be anything... Definitely interesting.

Traxxas? WTF.

The more I look at that diff cover the more I see an HPI logo. Hotbodies have dabbled on the fringes of crawling for a while. Maybe they are in with both feet? And I think it has to be a big player to be able to afford that Toyota license.

that mark has to be telling, if you zoom in on this picture you can see its been photoshopped out.

Has to be more than coincidence the website directs to Traxxas. Interesting indeed.

im all in on a traxxas solid axle scale rig... imagine axial and traxxas trying to one up each other, love them or hate them we cant lose.

I'm not willing to bet on it, because crazier things have happened, but I just don't see Traxxas getting into parts that are metal. And if this truck is worth it's mettle (hahaha) it's got to have metal frame rails, among other things.

The Traxxas redirect makes me feel like we are getting trolled.
