You guys that were at Scale Nats should also remember that the Wraith that was being driven is one of the marketing prototypes, not a production rig. There are some minor changes between the Protos and the kits.

We busted a c-hub last night on it. We be jumping the piss out of it on pavement! Not to worry, XR10 c-hubs bolt on!

Exactly! Talking with Brad is what some people should of done instead of thinking the prototype is what's being released.

I understand at first glance how someone can perceive that truck as being the released version. But then you see the new tires driven on other trucks. They hooked everywhere they could and were impressive.

If anyone thinks Axial is slipping or haven't done well on any of the R&D for any of their platforms. Dollar for dollar what they provide compared to most. It would be hard pressed if anyone can show me a better deal.

Awesome Thanks for the info Harley. If I were to run VP wheels what size hubs would be the best for the offset? I'm thinking of running SSZ-11

PERSONALLY I plan on running 475's. I believe that is wider than the stock width though, based on what I have seen when they have bolted up the XR10 beadlocks. To get close to stock you would want the 225 most likely but you can't run that on the SSZ's because the stub axle hits the inside of the wheel, so you need to run at least a 350.

So the C-Hubs fit off an XR-10 what about the rear Lockouts, and Knuckles?

The knuckles and the C-Hubs are a direct fit, however the rear straight axle is going to be a new part. The rear lockout on the XR10 is not long enough.

Thanks for the info on the rears"thumbsup"

Thanks team3six for the Wraith review, nice write up"thumbsup"
I plan on having some fun with it before turning it into a full rock crawler, I'm not much of a go-fast basher type guy:mrgreen: can't wait to have those axles on my toyota

thanks Harley, Axial, & truckerBrad & everyone else for chimmiming in that's ran this truck or seen it. great info

this is good to know, that it can take a little beating:mrgreen:

wraith

Does this have gears you can shift from the radio like the summit? I would assume so for backyard king of hammers racing but wanted to check

because I can:lmao:

I'm so close to buying a honcho right now for my first crawler. But I think I'm going to hold out just a little longer till the Wraith comes out. Still thinking about pre ordering but it would be nice to hear some feedback from you all first when you receive them. Do you think I will have to wait a lot longer if I decide to get one a week or so after they are released? How many do you think they will produce right away?
the sooner your on the list the faster you'll get one. Like most things the gap between 1st and second run can be lengthy, so jump in before it's too late"thumbsup"

It is a very nice write up on the link above. Really puts the Wraith in perspective. Any word on a release date? Last I heard it was early June.

Good luck getting parts! :flipoff::flipoff: :lmao:
yeah, Ben broke it..... Just a knuckle and we have it in stock"thumbsup" after 3 months of testing, 14 charged packs, 39 drivers beating the holy living hell out of it and it taking it all and coming back for more, Ben drove it ten minutes and broke it on a smooth concrete floor:lmao:
