uhhhhh….

giphy.gif

yeah you know what i think they will be fine.

And yet another 2 vendors that I added to the Element RC Upgrades Vendor List on page 14 of this topic.

SSD and STRC. Both offer chassis upgrades, STRC in aluminum with color. SSD offers brass and aluminum chassis upgrades as well as some SCX10/TRX-4 upgrades that will fit like bumpers, and offcourse they are known for their wheel options. Links in the Upgrades Vendor List.

Why wouldn't it be?

Cuz that’s added stress to the plastic parts? I personally wouldn’t put them on stock hubs but that’s just me. I’m sure for the most part they will be fine. But the way I drive sometimes I feel that weight would get me in trouble [emoji6]

My point exactly - bolting brass to the stock plastic is not the way I want to go in the steering department.

I'll wait for aluminum C-hubs, then do the whole enchilada - C-hubs, brass knucks, and possibly rear brass axle weights.

Maybe a front aluminum diff cover...

I'm wanting to minimize adding weight to the Enduro - I really like how light it is compared to my other vehicles.

If I can keep the weight down, waiting in the wings is a Mamba Micro X Crawler Edition ESC and HH PP Stubby 2700 - and then after trashing the stock body, hopefully the MST Toyota J45C body will be available for separate purchase.

Perfection! :ror:

I love knuckle weights, all my crawlers wear brass knuckles.
I’m not sure this needs big knuckle weights. I went with a beef tube housing, gives me weight way low and the strength is now there if I need more weight. This trucks climbing ability is already sweet, this should be the extra edge I want.

Hang up and Drive

I'll mention that today's 3+ hour maiden voyage in my Enduro was quite a bash-fest, I drove it HARD - pics are scattered throughout the forum...

The mod I'll mention that worked perfectly in the Enduro (which was otherwise stock except for RC4WD steelie spokers and M/T MTZ 4.6" OD tires) was the DS3218 "Pro" servo.

https://www.amazon.com/ZOSKAY-Waterproof-Standard-Digital-Angle180/dp/B07KRMJTH5/ref=sr_1_6?crid=127C7N2KUCKVR&keywords=ds3218+pro+servo&qid=1570936911&sprefix=ds3218%2Caps%2C160&sr=8-6

I've had great luck with the standard DS3218 in my Ascender but decided to try the slightly quicker and stronger Pro this time out - very happy with it.

I was running a big 4300mAh 3S hardpack Lipo and took quite a few tumbles... only the RTR body is showing wear!

So... not Enduro specific, but club5 racing just released these. They will work with the stock Enduro Sendero wheels.

Instead of separate slw hubs and brass weights, these are weighted brass SLW hubs.

Also found some more vendors that offer links.
- Priceys Custom Crawlers
Not much information to be found, but he makes thum custom on order. That is all I can find.

- Centre of Gravity Radio Control
The set shown here was the first set produced for the Element Enduro. Even better than that it’s the set that Scott from Ace Of Axe RC fitted to his Enduro and ran for the full 12hr Fix event gaining both my stainless and titanium links Recon G6 approval.

Also, there are two colors of the new Factory Team aluminum motor plate for the Enduro transmission - strangely NOT listed on the Element RC website, but are at RPP Hobbies:

Black

https://www.rpphobby.com/product_p/asc91602.htm.

Blue

https://www.rpphobby.com/product_p/asc91547.htm

ASC91547-2.jpg
Note how the factory team plate mounting holes aren’t countersunk on the outward facing side. The ones listed on RPP don’t work, as the countersinking is on the trans facing side. Or maybe the one I got was for a flipped or inboard B6 trans?

Everytime I think I am done with the Element RC Upgrades Vendor list I find even more. So... I went trough every single topic, every single post in this Element RC Enduro subforum. And I found two more.

First, Deadlock Racing. They have two upgrades.

The Dredge LCG chassis is designed to be a direct in replacement for Element RC Enduro based Crawler to increase performance and allow for better link and shock geometry options.

My last post for today

As you can only put 12.000 characters in a single post and we needed way more () than that for the complete and ongoing growing list.. The Element RC Enduro Upgrades Vendor List is now transferred to a new topic:

http://www.rccrawler.com/forum/elem...3-element-rc-enduro-upgrades-vendor-list.html

(Yes, there are too much vendors liking Element RC and adding upgrade products to stick into one post  "thumbsup")
